Job Description:
- Responsible for the planning, procurement and execution of a project
- Creates, maintains and updates schedule of work
- Procures project requirements such as workforce, required information, various agreements and material or technology needed to accomplish project objectives
- Coordinates amongst owners, contractors, and members of construction management team
- Manages project budget
- Responsible for the overall large scope of the project
Qualifications/Skills:
- Extensive experience of construction management or other related fields with preference given to those with school construction experience or large scale commercial construction experience
- Thorough knowledge of construction technology, methods, and terminology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail orientated
