Our private, Ethernet data network allows us to customize and scale transit (internet access) and transport (point-to-point) data services to meet the specific bandwidth requirements of our clients. WiLine’s value-based pricing offers more services at less cost, and typically saves our customers 20% on their current telecom expense. A day in the life:
- Schedule site surveys and installations.
- Maintaining positive relationships with customers, building Managers, and Engineers.
- Identify customer needs and overseeing service delivery for assigned projects.
- Managing schedule conflicts and ensuring the team’s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently by priority.
- Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company’s services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
- Visit job sites to gather requirements.
- Update database and job tickets as new information becomes available.
- Document field notes and take photos from job sites capturing all data required for successful completion of project(s).
- Compile data collected from field surveys and create building diagrams for installation plans as needed to support new customer and internal network builds.
- Coordinate 3rd party work with internal and external riser management staff, roofers, and electricians.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to work outdoors. View the Northern California area like most will never see it.
- Comfortable with heights and walking on rooftops and working in confined spaces
- We are passionate about customer service; you should be too.
- Ability to stay on task when working individually.
- Lift and carry up to 50lbs.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license. That’s a deal breaker.
- Operate hand tools.
- Effectively interact with people, even in adverse circumstances both verbally and written
Things we can teach but would be great if you already know:
- Visio, CAD, or drafting software is a plus
- Telecomm experience
- Experience and/or degree
