We are currently seeking a Full-Time Estimator responsible for estimating RFPs, submitting proposals for current, as well as, prospective customers and ensuring âon-timeâ, successful completion of all projects in a cost effective and profitable manner.
Job Summary
Duties Include but is not limited to:
- Attending job walks
- Visiting job sites as needed and required
- Ensure effective planning to achieve on time project completion
- Timely submission of all required paperwork for projects and bids
- Contact and follow up with all prospective and active clients
- Developing customer relationships
- Prospecting and bidding new business
- Work as a team player to foster and maintain effective working relationships with fellow
employees and customers
Education and Experience
- Experience in Abatement and Demolition field is a plus
- A minimum of 3 years experience in estimating
