We are looking to hire a visionary operations manager to oversee our company’s operational processes. The successful candidate will optimize our company’s operating capabilities, employ strategies to maximize supply chain management, oversee customer satisfaction and marketing initiatives. The manager of operations will assist the teams and CFO in compiling the company’s budgets, and employ strategies to safeguard assets and stock. You will team up with management to implement business strategies.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-driven reliable individual who will work collaboratively within our teams and oversee the smooth flow of our operations. You will assist our President and executive team with projects and activities at Teknatool USA Inc by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Working together with key finance and other teams to compile budgets.
Spearheading strategies to steer the company’s future in a positive direction.
Supply Chain experience (preferably in manufacturing) including negotiation tactics/ Data analyzation
Driving the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.
Assisting in the management of company costs, and introducing tactical initiatives to address cost containment.
Overseeing marketing initiatives, particularly in relation to compliance, and overseeing the implementation of better business practices in the marketing and sales departments.
Delegating responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as capable participants.
Employing various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities.
Completing performance reviews in a prudent manner.
Assessing and implementing improved processes, including new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
EXPERIENCE
2- 5 years experience managing a complex enterprise’s human resources, finances, operations and strategies.
Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous complex enterprise.
Supply Chain experience (preferably in manufacturing) including negotiation tactics/ Data analysis.
Proven track record of managing complex budgets successfully.
Demonstrated experience of ethical leadership.
Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.
Ability to make business projections three years into the future.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Good English skills (written and spoken) are essential.

Excellent leadership skills with an adaptable and co-operative leadership style
Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in the environment and priorities
