Tobin & Reyes, a downtown Boca Raton law firm, is currently seeking an Administrator/Office Manager with prior law firm experience. The candidate will also serve as the executive assistant to the firm’s managing partner. Full benefits and salary commensurate with experience. Eligible candidates should have experience with the following:

· Accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general bookkeeping, on-line banking, wire transfers, remote deposits, etc.

· PC Law or comparable law firm management system

· Human resources, including payroll, personnel management, etc.

· Vendor and office management

· Benefits management, including health insurance, 401(k), etc.

· IT management and support, including hands-on support for outside IT contractor

· Coordinating travel

· Event coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Pc Law: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
