Marketing Director / Clinical Liaison

Join Lake Charles’ Newest Rehab-to-Home community and be part of the dynamic team focused on providing premier rehabilitation and skilled nursing services in a modern, upscale environment! We are seeking a marketing professional with at least three (3) years of outside marketing experience in a healthcare related field in the Lake Charles area, to serve as a Marketing Director/Clinical Liaison.

As part of a dedicated team focused on exceeding resident goals,the Marketing Director will promote the rehabilitation services of The Lodge, our separate Rehab to Home unit, as well Lake Charles Care Center, our adjacent skilled nursing facility.

Marketing Director/Clinical Liaison Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with Lake Charles area hospitals and other key sources to generate appropriate referrals

• Implement effective facility marketing to build community awareness
• Conduct and accurately communicate patient assessments to determine admission criteria is met
• Operate as a key member of the admissions team
• Effectively track and interpret marketing data for development and implementation of strategic plan and objectives
• Ensure census goals are met consistently

Marketing Director/Clinical Liaison Requirements

• Three (3) or more years’ experience in Marketing/Admissions in a healthcare-related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet navigation
• Ability to demonstrate proven success in consistently exceeding marketing targets and goals
• Excellent communication and organizational skills and demonstrate the ability to work independently and with a team
