Overview

- Manages the strategic and business planning process through thought leadership, analytics, research, and project management. Manages multiple projects simultaneously and guides them to completion. Oversees the operations of the strategic planning group. Examines industry trends in order to be conversant on potential impacts to the health system on micro and macro levels. Directs and contributes to the development of deliverables ranging from environmental assessments, internal profiles, opportunity and impact analyses, and identifies opportunities for growth and refinement. Advances the use of complex analytical techniques and strategic thinking. Must be able to lead groups large and small through a process where a business plan or other appropriate device is needed to fulfill and support organizational and market goals. Must be able to comfortably interface with multiple levels of leadership. Summarizes written findings, publicizes results and participates and shares with senior leadership as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required Master’s Degree Preferred
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience with preference for healthcare industry experience. Broad knowledge of healthcare and associated industries a plus. Minimum of 2 years of management experience. Required Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Additional Skills Required: Proficient in MicroSoft Suite (WORD, PowerPoint, Excel). Ability to drive/travel to multiple facilities/locations as needed.
