This position will provide Scrum Master responsibilities in the Data Warehouse Business Intelegence (DWBI) organization with an emphsis on ETL software development of financial data and enhancements of financial data marts (aka decision support layer). The Lead Scrum Master is an organizational change agent, confident in rolling-wave release planning, and is a life-long learner with a passion for agile thinking and techniques.We are looking for a strongLeadstrong strongScrum Masterwho has primary responsibility of facilitating the learning and growth of one or more Agile teams in developing a lean-Agile mindset, improving practices and guiding them to more predictable delivery. The Lead Scrum Master plays a role in facilitating Agile ceremonies and planning of releases, removing impediments, providing guidance, and supporting Agile teams.
Job Description
- Coordinates initiatives and drives teams to meet commitments based on the plan.
- Develops and implements processes and practices that enable teams to evolve to leaner thinking.
- Identifies and implements metrics that drive quality, delivery and change with an initiative.
- Assists organization to realize maximum results and value on investments by leveraging agile frameworks, methods and practices.
- Highly effective at administering basic scrum cadence (Stand-ups, sprint planning, demo, retro, etc.) ; understands and communicates the why .
- Innovates new techniques to evolve agile concepts.
- Shares and spreads knowledge in the agile community.
- Organizational change agent. Confident in rolling-wave release planning.

- Knowledgeable in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and able to apply lean agile practices at enterprise scale.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent eduaction and related experience
- 8+ years related experience
- Ability to support both domestic and international software development teams
Preferred
- Master’s degree
- 6+ years related experience
- Understanding of Financial Accounting Principles
- Scrum Master Certification
- Experience with Jira Agile Software Application
