Manages the electronic document system by performing data entry, imagining & coordinating the filing system. Coordinates the collection & data input of financial information provided by students applying for financial aid. Reviews documentation for completeness & accuracy. Requests additional information for incomplete applications. Supervises undergraduate student workers who support the electronic document system. Answers general requests for financial aid information. Coordinates shredding of files according to federal requirements of older applicants.

Minimum Qualifications

Demonstrated knowledge of general office practices and procedures required. Demonstrated ability to use personal computer, printer, copier, fax, & scanner. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with students and parents in a friendly, courteous manner. Must be able to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated knowledge of financial aid process. Working knowledge of automated student information system, specifically financial aid. Experience with electronic file management to include scanning and creation of electronic files. Knowledge of financial aid, admissions, student accounts, or student services. Experience working with diverse student populations and counseling students and their families. Demonstrated experience in time management and organizational skills.
