Director of Sales

Star International Movers is a growing player in the DC market. 22-year-old company with an excellent reputation for service and quality. Seeking an A-Player sales representative for the DC Metro Region. This position is responsible for driving significant growth in our international and domestic moving and storage business.

Requirements:

· True Sales/Hunter Skills

· Demonstrated history of exceeding sales goals – driving new business

· Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify and influence decision makers

· Excellent presentation skills; professionalism and confidence interacting with executives

Responsibilities:

· Uncover and secure new accounts

· Meet monthly sales revenue goals by conducting sales calls to new and existing accounts

· Develop, lead and train a sales team

· Work collaboratively with a team to meet shared goals and objectives

· Provide outstanding client services to existing and prospective clients

· Retain, renew, and build long-term client relationships

· Increase brand awareness through involvement in networking organizations

· Assist with RFP preparations

Must have:

· 2+ years of solid Direct Sales experience while consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals

· High energy, intense drive/desire to succeed

· Great listener and storyteller; with ability to ask compelling questions and solve problems

· Competitive and optimistic attitude

· Passion for prospecting and building relationships

Compensation: Salary (based upon experience) plus commission.
