Looking for a new F&I opportunity in the West Chester, PA area with a dealership offering quality training, an excellent compensation/benefits plan and an opportunity for professional growth?
Automotive dealerships located in the West Chester, PA / Glen Mills,PA / Metro Philadelphia market are in need of quality, full-time F&I Managers. Two (2) or more years experience as an Automotive F&I Manager is required. Strong track record of customer service and high level of performance, along with a team-first approach are a must!

Job Responsibilities:
- Review credit applications to determine credit worthiness
- Conduct interviews with clients to determine finance / payment needs
- Utilize menu platform to present vehicle service contracts and other ancillary products
- Prepare and finalize all documents as required for vehicle delivery
- Ensure full compliance with all local, state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- A team player with ability to work well with others
- Two (2) years experience as Automotive F&I Manager
- Self starter with proven track record
- Valid driverâs license and clean driving record
- Background check and drug screen
