The Homeowners Association of Highland Lakes, Inc., is seeking a professional association
manager. The Association is an active adult golf community on Lake Tarpon, built in the
1980âs, consisting of 2457 residential units in the Tampa Bay area of Florida, four miles from
the Gulf of Mexico. Manager will direct a staff of 23, divided among four departments.
The total compensation package is negotiable and salary will be comparable for the region.
Manager will be responsible for implementing and overseeing the 2020 annual budget of
$3.5M, and preparing, implementing and overseeing future budgets.
One of the following certifications is preferred: AMS, PCAM, LSM, or M.A. in business or public
administration, plus three to five years experience in a comparable position in a large-scale
community. Manager will report to Board of Directors with President of the Board as liaison.
