A well backed and exciting biotech startup in the oncolytic gene therapy space is looking to add to their Process Development group by bringing on a Senior Process Development professional. This person will be responsible for leading the Downstream Manufacturingteam and providing expertise on Virus Purification.
The primary responsibilities include:
- Responsible for Downstream Process development and Virus purification
- Leading and training junior staff
The ideal candidate looks like:
- 10+ years of experience in Upstream or Downstream Manufacturing
- Extensive experience with Herpes Simplex Virus or AAV purification
- Extensive experience with TFF, filtration, and chromatography
