Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the workflow and activities of client engagement teams from earliest stages through completion. This will include: Actively mentoring, supervising, and building up the capabilities of our client’s incident response personnel nationwide.
- Leading consulting cases (incident response, computer forensics and e-discovery) under the ultimate direction of the Director.
- Support the Director of Cyber Investigations in new product development and geographical expansion.
- Contribute to our client’s profitability through ensuring engagement profitability and that staff maintain target utilization rates.
- Maintaining (or insuring the maintenance of) accurate records of data/ information received and provided to clients or other third parties, and other administrative tasks to ensure proper organization and efficiency of the Company.
- Developing relationships with clients that lead to recurring work.
- Developing policies and procedures, and training requirements for our clientâs practice.
- The job involves possibility of travel both nationally and internationally. Specifically, the position may require immediate (e.g. same day travel) travel (within 24 hours).
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in network / cyber investigations, incident response, forensics or related information security experience.
- Experience in a professional services firm handling law firm clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and train/ mentor staff.
- Relevant industry certifications are a plus: GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH); GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA); GIAC Reverse Engineering Malware (GREM); GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA); GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner (GCFE); Encase Certified Examiner (EnCE).
- Advanced working knowledge of forensic tools (e.g. Encase, FTK, BlackLight).
- Experience with Unix, Linux, Mac, and Windows systems, and an admin level understanding of networking, firewalls, and the various protocols involved in data sharing and communications (e.g. how protocols work, their common ports, and common usage).

Salary: $135,000.00 to $155,000.00 /year
