Sesdac, Inc. a CQL accredited, non-for-profit organization, supporting adults with developmental disabilities is seeking an Assistant Director of Staff Development. This position will report to the Director of Quality and will plan, develop, coordinate and provide learning opportunities for Sesdac employees to ensure quality services are delivered.
Candidates will have strong oral and written communication skills. A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in staff development or equivalent education and experience is required. Preferred candidates will have experience in staff development in addition to experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.
The successful candidate will be classified as non-exempt with a starting annual pay of $37,000+ dependent on qualifications. All employees receive paid training.
