Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Branch Manager.

Responsibilities

As a Branch Manager, you will:

Customer Relations:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner

Business Development:

  • Assist management in developing and communicating overall sales direction and market strategy
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors
  • Identify new product/business opportunities based on customer needs on an ongoing basis

Management:

  • Responsible for the daily operations
  • Develop a productive team by hiring, training, and providing professional development
  • Manage weekly work schedule and labor costs of associates

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ Waterworks experience is strongly preferred
  • 1-3 years’ experience managing people is preferred
  • Leadership skills
  • Communication skills (oral and written)
  • Judgment and decision-making ability
  • Ability to interpret marketing reports, analyzing business groups, products, and customers
