NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our team in San Diego, California (US-CA), United States (US).
- Work closely with functional program/project managers to fully understand and manage program and project inter-dependencies. Participate in regular project management team status meetings
- Develop and manage a comprehensive IT project plan for projects in Microsoft or Azure DevOps
- Prepare, present and review regular project status updates with Director level management and IT stakeholders
- Work with internal and external technology suppliers to ensure an accurate project IT budget and manage to it
- Identify IT and staffing related risks, recommend potential mitigation and escalate appropriately
- Manage project scope and schedule
- Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders to meet program deliverables and benefit case
- Ensure project alignment with IT standards and processes
- Evaluate requirements and determine project solutions that best suit the needs of the enterprise
- Work with architects and development leads to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet business and IT requirements
- Perform work without appreciable direction. Oversee and lead the work of others and/or teams where appropriate
- Ensure proactive and persistent engagement at all levels
Experience
- 5+ years of Extensive Project Management / Scrum Master experience required
- Scrum Master Certification
- Previous experience managing enterprise software development or implementations is required
- 3+years of experience working with technical teams to assess and size story/epics
- Self-starter, Initiative, leadership, good judgment, problem solving, superior communication, and human relations skills are required
- Strong strategic and organizational management required along with understanding of business and ITS processes
- Knowledge of software development methodologies is required
- Familiarity with IT processes and standards is required (IT Service Management, Enterprise Architecture, Sarbanes-Oxley, etc.)
- 3+ years of managing Azure/Dev Ops project
Eduation:
Bachelors Degree required
