Responsible for creating and implementing leadership and talent development strategies, succession planning actions, organizational effectiveness initiatives and cultural change efforts for the overall Baptist Health system. Accountable for developing and leading a diversity and inclusion strategy to ensure Baptist is attracting, developing and retaining a diverse workforce. Ownership of designing and executing the Baptist PEOPLE strategy focused in team engagement.
