Talent Acquisition Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Elara Caring is l ooking for an exceptional Recruiting Manager to join our the Talent Acquisition leadership team. This position requires a motivated self-starter to establish and build Talent Acquisition’s reputation and brand internally and externally through all markets, while recruiting and retaining healthcare candidates.

The Recruiting Manager will help maintain an environment of high morale, motivation and teamwork and maintain a problem-solving attitude under stressful circumstances. This position will be required to maintain the company’s core values. This is not an exhaustive list of duties, and a full job description will be provided during the hiring process.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Additional functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop sourcing, recruiting, hiring and retention strategies, processes, and teams to establish and/or expand portfolio of healthcare candidates

  • Maintain candidates within database and communicate with the broader Human Rssources team to ensure effective and compliant hiring

  • Build relationships with hiring managers to promote healthy working relationships and positive organizational growth

  • Establish appropriate recruiting activities to ensure pipelining where possible Address hiring manager concerns and problems effectively and timely providing detailed feedback
