Full Job Description
Requirements:
- Run the Daily Team Stand-Ups
- Drive sprint work completion in a timely fashion for the committed scope
- Resolve ongoing impediments/issues & acquire clarifications to outstanding questions of the team by working with pertinent parties
- Leverage Agile Central Team Level Issue Story and Tasks to track
- Facilitate all Sprint Ceremonies (Demos, Retrospectives, Planning)
- Drive User Story Acceptance (during Sprint) by working with POs
- Clean-up of Features & User Stories as the program moves from one PI to another
- Ensure team members populate their capacity in hours for the upcoming PI
- Maintain Agile Central data – ensure it accurately reflects the team’s progress
- Audit the quality of incoming EPIC-Features prior to start of grooming
- Partnering with POs to ensure Features are defined & have necessary details to allow for User Story grooming
- Audit the quality of User Story Acceptance Criteria
- Manage EPIC-Feature-User Story grooming & work timeline
- Collaborate with other teams to agree to a delivery timeline. This includes planning work to be around external team’s delivery to avoid stubbing (if possible) and blocked User Stories
- Earmarking applicable User Story(s) to indicate whether further clarification is required; for example, test data (Tag: GST-TestDate) or message verbiage (Tag: GST-Message)
- Ensure team submits test data requests in a timely fashion, typically 1.5 weeks in advance – to ETDM
- Hold PO accountable to assure timely delivery of message verbiage
- Denote User Story dependencies to drive work planning – leverage & maintain Agile Central Dependencies
- Raise risks and issues related to planning and execution – leverage & maintain Agile Central Risks
- Track scope management – new scope functionality is processed through the GST CR Process
- Ensure the team’s slotted scope is manageable & deliverable before team commitment – aligns with past proven Team Velocity
- Create the release level view of all in-scope items for the assigned scrum teams & provide to the Release Train Engineer (RTE)
- Track all team assigned ALM tickets and ITSM tickets – ensure assigned team members are updating daily
- Audit time reporting for team members to ensure appropriate charging
- Tie Features/Stories to appropriate Agile Central Milestone – leverage & maintain appropriate Agile Central Milestone linkages
