Are you looking to project manage a large, complex, organization-wide system? Starting in December, we will be kicking off a highly visible project to implement a new membership software platform for one of Hollywood’s key industry associations.
This complex and critical system is the core technology that is used to support over 8500 members of the association. Along with this major system replacement, existing work continues on a variety member projects from web portals to cell phone apps.
You are a seasoned project manager that will be holding the reins day to day, to bring this project to a successful deployment, scheduled for February of 2021.
The new system will be highly customized. Therefore, yout will be responsible to build realistic and comprehensive plans for the gathering of detailed requirements from internal staff and other stakeholders, coordinate these plans with the software vendor, and build out timelines and activities for testing and deployment. You will also be responsible for presenting these plans to key stakeholders, hold status calls with the implementation team and generally drive timelines and activities to achieve results.
