- As “Agile Coach” organize and moderate all Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, eliminate impediments, continuously work on improving development and support the team to reach the team commitment
- Cooperate closely with the product owner to develop a product vision, the backlog grooming, risk management and reporting
- Be an active part of the cross-site Smart Card Scrum master community to exchange and improve competence
- Continuously build knowhow and share with the team members
- Evaluate and recommend latest tools for product improvement.
- Set up Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins.
- Identify and implement methodology and innovation topics within the organization
- Actively participate in Innovation topics.
