Restoration Project Manager

We are now accepting applications for the position of: Project Manager – Repairs

This is a full time, permanent position.

General Responsibilities:

– Daily communication with customers and main office

– Daily scheduling of subcontractors and in-house crews

– Creating and maintaining job budgets

– Ordering, purchasing and staging/delivering job site materials

– Ability to manage multiple jobs at one time

– Project close out and final walk through with customers

Experience, Skills & Abilities:

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

– Previous experience running all aspects of residential/commercial remodel projects

– Strong attention to details

– Ability to be self-motivated, an effective team member and a problem solver

– Computer literacy, primarily with MS Office products, experience with estimating software a plus

– Experience running multiple jobs at one time, ability to multitask and time management skills are a necessity

– Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

The successful candidate MUST have a clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and pass our background test.

Experience:

Salary: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
