Pacific Imaging Management LLC has a great opportunity for you to join our team as Customer Navigation Value Stream Manager (CN VSA) . The CN VSA Manager position is responsible to lead process improvement efforts across the company for the Customer Navigation Department. This includes centralized reception, medical records, and interventional radiology. They will analyze the activities that contribute to value creation from the activities that create waste, identify opportunities and sustain improvement.

Essential Functions:

  • Understand the value stream
  • Develop VSA meeting agenda
  • Update VSA completion plan
  • Monitor completion plan progress and performance to key metric(s)
  • Build Customer Value
  • Drive Continuous Improvement


Job Knowledge:
Excellent communication, organizational and data entry skills are required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software. Must possess the ability to work well under pressure and be able to make sound decisions in a high stress environment. A working knowledge of medical imaging procedures would be helpful. A general ability to read, understand and respond to detailed oral and written instructions as well as ability to interpret, adapt and apply RASLO guidelines and procedures to general duties is required. Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.


Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Successfully completed or in process of completion of company lean/six sigma training within 6 months.


Physical Requirements:
Work may require sitting for long periods of time; stooping, bending, and stretching to hang presentations, stretching for files and supplies; and occasionally lifting files or paper weighing up to 25 pounds. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard, calculator, telephone, copier, and other office equipment. It is necessary to view a computer monitor and input data into the computer for long periods of time.
