We are currently looking for a highly motivated and committed Project Manager to join AND Agencyâs East Dundee office in Illinois.
About the role:
The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of our clientsâ multi-million-dollar marketing projects. This position is responsible for managing time, cost, and scope. Each project is customized and therefore unique, requiring the Project Manager to be innovative, flexible, and comfortable working in situations without clear precedent for how to proceed. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can independently manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while keeping the clients and internal stakeholders abreast of all project milestones. The Project Manager must be an independent and confident decision maker that keeps projects on time by overcoming unforeseeable issues that are a regular part of custom deliverables.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Take ownership of operations project lifecycle from the time the sale is closed through point at which client is completely satisfied with all deliverables
- Serve as primary contact for the client and their team/partners throughout the project
- Collaborates with internal teams including Sales, Creative, IT, Finance, and Marketing to design and deliver signage, technology, and programs that meet or exceed client expectations
- Coordinate all steps of the projects, including working with multiple partners and vendors on each project to schedule installations, delivery of materials, signage, technology, and software to support each unique solution
- Proactively anticipate timeline, delivery, installation and operational issues, and leads the effort to mitigate impacts to the projects, while keeping the client informed in a professional and efficient manner
- Represent AND Agency as a professional role model internally and externally
- Ability and willingness to travel as required by the role
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelorâs degree in a related field from an accredited post-secondary institution or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years project management experience with large scale projects (involving multiple parties from different organizations)
- Minimum 3 years client-facing service and/or sales experience
- Demonstrated experience onboarding new and coordinating existing client programs
- Project Management Certification or training is a plus
- Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a willingness and ability to learn new software tools as required by needs of the business
- Amazing interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
