Reports to: VP, Sales
Purpose:
Encore Precast manufactures utility precast products ranging from catch basins and manholes to bridges and box culverts to retaining walls. Project managers at Encore Precast manage incoming projects from project award through submittal, production and delivery. Encore project managers maintain close communications with customers throughout the process, ensuring that client expectations are consistently exceeded.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (includes, but no limited to):
- Receives in projects from customers.
- Generates shop drawing and submits for customer approval.
- Manages project and relationship with customer through production and delivery.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to read civil site plans or willingness and ability to learn .
- Attention to detail is critical.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization both written and verbal; includes building relationships with team leads, employees and Management.
- Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with clients of varying work experience and educational backgrounds.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with focus on attention to detail.
- Be able to work both independently and in a team, environment completing objectives efficiently with a sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Strong sense of project ownership.
- Ability to work independently and to prioritize workload based on customer needs.
Education/Experience or Training:
- High School Diploma
- 1 – 3 years of experience
