Operations Project Manager (OPM): In addition to the general OPM responsibilities. The position will also be responsible for overseeing and managing all Internal Funding Requests (IFR) for the Maintenance. Our staff provides a comprehensive and customizable blueprint-model for all necessary materials, tools & equipment, material planning/forecasting, and other applicable inputs to successfully manage the various products we repair and/or upgrade. The IFR process is designed for strategically identifying program material and hardware requirements where supporting a specific TAT time is deemed critical.
The responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:

Analyze material and hardware requirements, special provisions, and terms & conditions to generate a forecast to support program needs

Understand Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and be able to manage cost and schedule while remaining within budgets

Ability to analyze, understand and prepare internal funding requests (IFRs) and Program Directives (PDs)

Create and provide executive level reports that detail material reorder points, liquidation strategies & timelines, and ROI calculations

Effectively balance program plans, risks and opportunities with executable strategies to meet requirements within budget

Identify risks and develop risk mitigationtactics and/or corrective action plans

Work effectively in a team setting with supporting organizations

Routinely lead program/business reviews (PMRs, Status Tracking and Action Item Teleconferences, Cost and Schedule assessments, etc.)

Comprehend complex program and interdependencies and be able to provide clear consistent priorities

Perform lead-time and critical path analysis on multi-level hardware builds

Assess cost and schedule risks and develop associated mitigations

Oversee budgets with the ability to analyze, manage and report on budget performance and variance analysis

Monitor and report financial, schedule and technical performance of assigned projects
