The Marketing Manager will be responsible for equipping sales staff with timely, accurate, and engaging materials in order to drive revenue. Coordinate and assist various marketing functions, which include tasks related to advertising, promotions, social media, email marketing, media asset management, agency coordination, public relations, website content and reputation management.
He/she will be responsible for understanding the intricacies and best practices for paid and organic advertising on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram YouTube and Pinterest. He/she will build, launch, optimize and report on paid/organic social media campaigns for a variety of different clients in both B2B and B2C sectors. The right candidate for this role will be a results-oriented, a proven team leader, very communicative, understanding of client needs, and can think critically and strategically in all situations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create and maintain an enterprise brand and marketing calendar/timeline
- Manage and execute leasing brochures and updates
- Support the leasing and property management team with signage program
- Organize the photography library
- Execute property social media audits
- Organize, verify, and audit all information on third party marketing
- Coordinate with outside vendor counterparts on projects
- Coordinate project, campaign, and content plans
- Creating and distributing communication to stakeholders and outside parties
- Execute technical design across a wide variety of touchpoints
- Assist with promotional activities and events
- Create and maintain all marketing standard operating procedures
- Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing
- Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
- Creating, analyzing, and interpreting reports
- Other responsibilities as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in – Marketing, Design, Communications, or Advertising
- Minimum one (1) year of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and InDesign
- Strong visual design skills – layout, color, typography
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including ability to interface with management as well as work with cross-functional teams
- Possess strong organizational and research skills
