As Manager, Laboratory, you will be responsible for system-wide pathology services for laboratory operations under the direction of the Director, Laboratory. Join this progressive department which is initiating Digital Pathology and AP Beaker to serve our mission of providing outstanding patient care to the communities we serve.
Additionally, you will participate in system committees regarding laboratory services and improvements system-wide.
This is a full time, Manager position located at Scripps Green Hospital and you will be working system-wide.
Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:

Bachelor’s degree.

Five (5) years experience in a laboratory, at least one (1) of which in leadership.
Required Certification/Registration:
-
CLS certification.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
-
Master’s degree preferred
-
EPIC working experience preferred.

Working experience in a multi-location healthcare system.
