The Doubletree by Hilton Roswell/ Atlanta is looking for a Human Resources Manager! The Human Resources Manager is the heartbeat of this property! We are looking for an individual who can help lead and maintain a safe and fair work environment while guiding the team to be it’s best and promote the property as an employer of choice in the community!
What you will be doing
- This position will be providing support to 50+ employees
- Plan and direct recruiting, interviewing, and hiring to maintain appropriate staffing levels with qualified candidates
- Handle all employee on-boarding, benefit administration and required training
- Guide management on fair and proper coaching and counseling, resolving conflicts, disciplining and terminations as appropriate
- Resolve employee complaints and grievances
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed while staying compliant with local, state and national regulations.
- Process a bi-weekly payrollThe ideal candidate for this position
- Two or more years of Human Resources experience
- Hotel experience preferred but not required
