The role will have direct responsibility for serving Financial Advisors and MSWMs largest clients with Home Loans solutions. Major responsibilities for the position include: • Own Product Segment P&L.• Manage a team of ~30 UHNW Credit Underwriters, Mortgage Consultants, and Relationship Managers.• Build and execute a recruiting plan to add professionals to meet growth plans.• Manage UHNW credit transaction pipeline• Review and approve transactions within delegated authority• Sponsor credit transactions with Credit Risk Management when higher level authority is required• Manage escalations and related communications with Advisors, UHNW clients and senior business managers.• Manage end to end process to ensure high levels of client satisfaction• Manage product segment updates with senior business management.• Build product brand with business management and Advisors. Own product development for UHNW segment.• Establish and execute segment strategy.
- 7+ years of experience in Mortgage Credit, Commercial Credit, Structured Credit or Private Banking Credit.• Candidate is required to have prior credit underwriting experience and credit approval authority• Prior experience and a high degree of effectiveness in communicating with UHNW clients.• Prior management experience required.• Credit process orientation to ensure consistently high levels of execution and client satisfaction.• Bachelor degree or Advanced Degree preferred.
