Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a full time team player to work on-site at a 66-unit boutique community in Mansfield. You will be responsible, for the overall maintenance of the apartment complex and all areas related to the dayâtoâday operations. Essential duties include but are not limited to:
1. Performing various maintenance functions including minor repairs to the following areas: electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating/air issues. License in any of these areas preferred but not required.
2. Performing general carpentry duties such as: wallboard repair, painting counter top/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, and vinyl floor repair and installation. Proficiency in painting required.
3. Performing general landscaping: lawn, plants, shrubs, flowers and snow removal with equipment provided
4. Maintaining inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies while keeping workshop clean, orderly, and safe.
5. Responsible for emergency after-hours maintenance calls as required.
6. Perform and maintain accurate records for routine preventative maintenance program within units, move in’s / move out’s and inspection of all appropriate equipment within the complex grounds.
7. Maintaining service requests received and completed tickets, apartment make-ready status, work in progress.
