Strong and growing commercial real estate investment firm is searching for a head of engineering to join their expanding team. This person will oversee engineering for commercial office and industrial properties throughout a national portfolio
Responsibilities:
– Manage onsite engineers and maintenance personnel
– Create, update, and maintain policies and proceeds
– Travel to sites for inspections and projects
– Direct major repairs and capital improvements
– Manage work order system
– Work with external contractors
– Various related duties
Requirements:
– 10+ years of related engineering/maintenance experience
– Experience with multi-site commercial real estate assets
– Excellent attention to detail
– Ability to travel
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 /year
