The TRON-BitTorrent team is looking for a leader who will work as part of a dynamic team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will partner with product, finance, revenue and engineering leads to continue expanding on operational excellence by influencing short and long term strategy through critical thinking and analytics problem-solving. You will showcase your expertise in quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization to lead a team of analytics professionals to build upon the great work we are doing to help decentralize the internet.

The great things you will be doing:

• Partner with leadership to consistently iterate and improve upon TRON’s ability to generate personalized analytical recommendations
• Demonstrate Project Management capabilities to drive execution of ideas and results.
• Champion and lead a small team of analysts to develop premier data products
• Work with large, complex data sets to solve difficult analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed
• Develop and maintain critical dashboard solutions to provide business insights to several audiences at different levels

Experience you’ll need:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher degree in business, computer science, and math or equivalent work experience in the industry
• Minimum of 7 years experience working in Management, Business Analytics or a comparable role
• Ability to work cross-functionally, apply a structured approach to problem-solving in the presence of ambiguity, and communicate relevant insights to leadership partners
• Proficient in Python data analytics, SQL, statistical methods, and A/B Testing
• Experience with third party reporting tools/platforms (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics)
