Manage the financial affairs of Parking Services relative to all accounts receivables (AR). Manage Human Resources’ affairs for Parking Services with respect to procedures, policy and time & attendance applications.

Excellent written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of personal computer using word processing and spreadsheets. Possess good keyboarding skills and familiarity with an adding machine. Strong attention to details. Ability to work independently. Demonstrated ability to handle customer questions and complaints in an expeditious manner. Basic knowledge of filing, bookkeeping and collections.

High school diploma or the equivalent, supplemented by college level accounting/finance course work and/or equivalent training and experience. Associate degree in Accounting.
