The Finance Director is responsible for the overall financial Management of the LinkAbility programs. The Finance Director is responsible for the overall financial management of the organization and will have primary day-to-day responsibility for financial strategy, planning, and analysis; budgeting and forecasting; accounting; general ledger; fiscal stewardship; financial relations and policy development while working directly with the Executive Director. The Finance Director will responsible for payroll and administration of employee benefits and will work closely and collaboratively with other members of the management team to create a seamless and effective organizational alignment.
Associates Degree in Business with a preference for a Bachelors Degree with 5 years experience in working with financial software and Human Resources. This position will be located in Hollister, Mo.
