Shawarma Press ® is looking for an energetic, hard-working individual to lead the growth of our restaurant from the current flagship store to 3-5 corporate and franchisee owned locations in Dallas Fort worth (DFW) area. We are looking for absolute go-getters in the truest sense, organized, open-minded, self-starters, creative, and with an extroverted personality. Must have at least 3+ years in a multi-unit role in quick-service restaurants and flexible to work 45/60-hour work week with flexibility for working weekends, nights, and Holidays. The Director of Franchise Operations will oversee the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring that it is managed and is performing efficiently and effectively.
Pay: $50,000 to $65,000.00 per year +Excellent bonus potential.
Job Description Overview:

  • Understanding all aspects of running the daily functions of a corporate Shawarma Press ® restaurant
  • Full expertise in all aspect of opening a franchise store beginning at the development stage, real estate selection, build out, and all the way through grand opening to a fully functioning operating store
  • Strong knowledge of P&L with the ability to execute action plans to ensure successful operation of the franchisees’ business
  • Successful leadership of entire operations management team
  • Full understanding of labor management and cost control
  • Handling all franchisee calls with any needed follow up
  • Strong knowledge of needed franchise technology
  • Create and implement training manuals for the operations team and franchisees
  • Management of food product quality through the enforcement of the operations manual
  • Effective communication with company executives and the operations management team
  • Tracking of all marketing campaigns
  • Effective time management of daily, weekly and monthly tasks
  • Ensure that all stores are compliant with all health department codes

Daily:

  • Tracking of daily sales and labor costs
  • New employee training and current employee re-training
  • Employee attendance and policy adherence
  • Audit invoice logs
  • Local Store Marketing Plans review
  • review any needs for hiring and recruiting.
  • Communicating with executives as needed

Weekly:

  • Manage each corporate store repair and maintenance needs
  • Deliver any corrective actions


Celebrating the successes of well performing employees

  • Labor and sales reports for previous week
  • Plan marketing for the following week
  • Perform the health inspections checklist
  • Review inventory and

Monthly:

  • Monthly inventory and loss report
  • Monthly Sales report
  • Analysis of sales and monthly reports with action plans to improve

performance
Experience:

  • At least 3 years experience in a multi-unit role at quick-service restaurants
  • Flexible to work 45/60-hours per week with availability to weekends, holidays, And Nights
