Job responsibilities include, but room for growth with the right individual;
– Enthusiastically greet and assist patients
– Update patient charts and patient accounts
– Schedule patients
– Process new patient paperwork and accounts
– Assist with marketing
– Insurance filling and communication
– Adhere to HIPAA privacy policy
– Maintain a neat and professional environment
Qualifications include;
– High School Diploma
– Strong computer skills
– Excellent communication and written skills
– Outstanding phone communication skills
– Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy
– Dependable and reliable
– Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
