Construction Project Manager

We are a South Austin based full-service Austin home renovation, remodeling, and restoration firm. Since 2007, Collard Carpentry has worked to provide the highest quality experience for residential customers, no matter the size or scope of the project. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management

• Well versed with reading construction plans.

• PC/Mac proficiency/familiarity is recommended with Microsoft Office and a strong working knowledge of Excel

• Strong communication skills, problem solving and interpersonal faculties

• Have a proactive approach and deadline sensitive driven.

• Ability to work in a small company culture with strong team environment.

• Ability to be highly organized, detail oriented & ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once through to completion.
