Responsibilities:
- Identify and create detailed cost estimates for potential construction renovation opportunities
- Manage successful completion of projects and overall customer service
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years commercial construction estimating experience
- 3-5 years commercial construction project management experience
- Ability to read and interpret Construction Documents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Desire to work as a team player and the ability to work independently
- Must be self-motivated to meet and exceed goals
- High level of character and integrity
- Must be detail orientated and organized
- Proficient with RS Means
