Job Description:
The Collection Manger is responsible for designing, implementing and deploying global collection processes and policies to maximize cash flow and reduce receivables for the Epiq Class Action and Restructuring. The successful candidate will be customer, creative and solution oriented, while delivering timely and high-quality results and able to pursue multiple concurrent initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: **
- Implement collection strategy to maximize cash flow and reduce receivables for US and International business units.
- Oversee investigation of credit risk and report to leadership.
- Update periodic cash forecasting models at the request of treasury leadership
- Answer customer inquiring related to invoices and payments and work with business partners to resolve any open conflicts.
- Establish client and staff collection goals and key metrics reporting.
- Engage with stakeholders for continuous improvements to collections process.
- Work with third party partners to assist in problem collections.
- Ensure compliance with Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) with individuals and companies.

- Knowledge of customer contractual arrangements.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Work well in a cross-functional matrix environment.
- Positive attitude and strong customer focus.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Strong problem solving and analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced business environment.
- SAP experience preferred.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or related Business area
- +5 years of billing experience
- +5 years of collections experience
- +5 years management experience
