Center Director for Child Care

Experienced in licensed child care facility as a lead teacher or previous director experience for at least two solid years.

Degree in early childhood education or comparable subject.

Enjoys working with children and in a team environment, experience in managing a team while being creative, positive role model and encouraging.

Need a leader, innovative, creative, and experienced in business management and administration is a plus.

Working with owners, and teachers to create a child led learning center where opportunities to play in nature based center, using hybrid educational philosophies such as respectful infant caregiving, Montessori, Waldorf and Reggio Emilia.

Center is open 7 days per week, general program is available Monday thru Friday 6:00 AM till 7:00 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 /hour
