Agriculture FCU Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager for our Smithsonian location This position reports directly to our AVP of Branches and is responsible for branch growth, staff leadership, and ensuring exceptional member service is provided to all members.
Branch Manager responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Meet and exceed member service expectations
- Oversee daily branch operations
- Follow Credit Union policy and procedures
- Monitor staff knowledge and mentor accordingly
- Sales coaching

The qualified Branch Manager candidate should have:
- Minimum of five years banking or credit union managerial experience
- Extensive knowledge of branch operations and lending principles

- Strong leadership capabilities
