OES Equipment is a fast-paced construction supply and rental equipment company serving the greater DC Area. We are seeking an experienced person to manage our branch operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented, team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks and produce quality work. They will be responsible for the following:

  • Working knowledge of construction sites
  • Working knowledge of construction equipment and supplies
  • Working knowledge of accounting
  • Cost control/Billings/Collections/Monthly Status Reports/Financials
  • Complete understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Procurement and tracking of equipment and supplies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with outside vendors and customers
  • Business report management
  • Day to Day operations: taking orders, filling orders, vendor payments, customer invoicing, etc.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent listening skills and have a strong communication ability
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Effective participation in team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to move from one task to another efficiently
  • Experience with Rental Man software preferred
  • 2-3 years of management experience
  • 1-2 years of construction equipment or supplies experience
