Service Manager or Equivalent, 3 years (Preferred)
The Montgomeryville location of Tires Etc is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager to manage shop flow and sell service and tire service in our very busy shop.
Strong sales and customer relationship skills are absolutely crucial to this position. This is a position where you will be expected to regularly interact with customers, building relationships, explaining in easy to understand terms why certain repairs and services are necessary, and extolling the virtues of regular maintenance.
Strong automotive repair knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and experience managing shop flow are also crucial. You will need to be able to keep the shop flowing smoothly, keep track of who is working on what job, and go over vehicles to find opportunities.
We are looking for an elite automotive service and sales professional, and are offering elite level compensation.
$1,500 to $1,800 per week base rate (depending on experience), plus $300 weekly bonus for hitting store number goals. Health insurance also available.
