We have an immediate opening for an Assistant Manager to train with our Customer Relations team and assist with overseeing campaign implementation, customer relationships, and the development of new hires.
Core Responsibilities:
- Become an expert on our clientsâ products and core values
- Establish new relationships with customers
- Assist with business development in the local market
- Execute product presentations to prospective customers
- Train in various facets of our business operations
- Coordinate territories, manage inventory, and report production
- Build internal relationships to supplement your knowledge
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, sales, and/or customer relations
- Strong communications skills both written and verbal
- Adaptable to diverse environments and demographics
- Quick decision making skills with strong sense of accountability
- Ability to delegate tasks while managing time effectively
- Incomparable work ethic with meticulous attention to details
Salary: $36,500.00 to $54,600.00 /year
