Overview: Premier architecture firm looking to hire an experienced Project Manager/ Job Captain to join their team. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Must have the communication skills to interact effectively with project managers, architects, engineers and other team members. Ability to interact and problem solve with field personnel.
Qualifications: Proficient with AutoCAD, Word and Excel. Minimum 3 years in architectural drafting preferred/ Open to recent graduates with practical experience.
Must be able to accurately interpret construction documents, architectural, structural drawings and specifications. Be able to work well in a team environment as well as work independently. Must be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager/willing to learn and grow. Ability to work on multiple projects of varying scope with the capability of achieving tight schedules/deadlines. BA/BS degree in a related field required.
Responsibilities: Using Autodesk/ AutoCAD software, 3D rendering and Rivet/ BIM (Building Information Modeling).
