We are seeking candidates for a Project Manager position. Starting salary commensurate with skills and experience.
Qualifications
A strong candidate will possess:
- Leadership and ability to initiate and direct process improvement initiatives
- Self-starter mentality
- Creative problem-solving and process improvement skills
- At least two years of project management experience
- Ability to oversee the workload of 2-3 employees and 5-7 projects
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to attend and hold meetings with clients, consultants, and municipalities
- Writing proficiency / ability to author professional communications, such as memos, presentations, addenda, bulletins, and policiesâfor both internal and external use
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and various supporting programs
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software
- Ability to manage policy creation, implementation, and continuing education programs
- Moderate knowledge of computer hardware and softwareâfor acquisition and troubleshooting
- (Preferred) Knowledge of 3-D rendering production and photo-editing software
