Position Description: Vice-President of Revenue
The Vice-President of Revenue is a senior member of IPpay’s management team with the responsibility of growing revenues across all aspects of IPpay. The Vice-President of Revenue must be an experienced sales leader and manager who has proven he/she can provide guidance and support and enhance the efforts of all of IPpay’s sales teams. As a member of the senior management team the Vice-President of Revenue will participate in the formulation of strategy and assure effectiveness of day to day sales processes, policies and efforts.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Sales Group’s efforts by establishing goals, performance metrics and processes consistent with meeting / exceeding sales targets.
- Sell the dream and effectively communicate short, mid, long term goals “Be part of something bigger than yourselves.”
- Bring an effective sales methodology to the company instill a Revenue driven culture.
- Provide consistent communications that demonstrate an understanding of IPpay’s business goals and potential market objections.
- Implement processes and analytic tools to ensure an accurate view of sales funnel and progress towards goals at all times.
- Support Revenue Managers sales oversight/sales operations/pipeline. Develop long-range plans and budgets, compensation and incentive programs.
- Create and foster the team’s development of solutions for customers, leveraging an in-depth understanding of the Customer’s goals.
- Implement sales management processes based on analysis of measurable results
- Identify market opportunities leveraging IPpay’s capabilities in new categories/platforms/ verticals.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time

30 Day
- Understand the current team structure and compensation plans
- Develop 5 new ISO/ISV Relationships creating Revenue Growth
- Understand the current platforms, features, gaps, and banking opportunities
90 Day
- Increase ISO/ISV Relationships 5 additional
- Monthly Residual increase target of $80K across the organization
- 2 inbound Applications per week with over $100K in volume in new verticals for IPpay
Annual
- Target $2MM in new Residual Revenue net of Processor fees, and excluding ISO/ISV splits
- Sustain Pipeline at 3X the trailing 180-day gross residual average
