To join our team, you must:
- build positive relationships with external & internal customers
- effectively motivate & manage a great sales & support team
- perform a vital financial role by controlling costs & managing margins
- have a solid understanding of construction & the trades
- have a solid understanding of business management & accounting processes
- have proven sales experience in a contractor’s retail environment
Do you have:
- experience managing a retail sales staff
- hands-on customer service experience, anticipating needs & exceeding expectations
- a working understanding of accounting and financial management principles; P&L experience helpful, but not required
- practical math skills, balancing tills & receipts daily
- experience with Epicor software & MS Office
